After almost a year of researching the latest and greatest production workflow system, Liquid has implemented the world's leading studio management software, Streamtime. Everything from contacts, quotes, job tracking, scheduling and invoicing goes through this new system, and it automatically creates handy little ‘to-do’ lists in priority-order for each staff member.
Account managers love it because they can complete quotes quicker for clients, and once a job is approved, quoted tasks are sent straight into the production schedule and assigned to various members of the team. Team members can then log time against jobs directly from their ‘to-do’ list with a simple click of a button. This leaves producers with more time to focus on creative production and engagement with each project, and less time buried in administration paperwork.
